History TSF Structures, Inc. was incorporated in November, 2001. TSF was formerly the Cedar Rapids office of David Bear Inc., a drafting firm specializing in the detailing of structural steel and misc. metals (stairs, rails, etc.) for the construction industry. Jeff Schebler was named President of TSF Structures, Inc. Jeff had been employed by David Bear for the previous 20 years, joining the firm immediately after graduating from Iowa State University (BS – Construction Engineering). All the employees in David Bear’s Cedar Rapids office joined Jeff as employees of TSF Structures, Inc. Many of the construction projects awarded to TSF are schools, churches, local college buildings, commercial retail buildings and HyVee grocery stores. The company serves the construction industry in Iowa and the surrounding states. |
